At the vibrant intersection of Detroit's industrial heritage and art deco elegance stands The Norwood, an up-and-coming event venue and bar in the New Center neighborhood. The foundational brand identity, crafted by Midwest Common, set the stage for a deeper narrative that Samantha had the privilege to bring to life. Drawing upon the historical significance and elevated style of The Norwood's setting, she extended the core identity system into a tangible brand experience. This included reimagining the brand's iconic elements, such as enlarging the anatomy of the icon for a distinctive line pattern on the letterhead and transforming it into a debossed texture on business cards. Her work aimed to ensure a cohesive and immersive brand journey, reflecting The Norwood's unique fusion of industrial grit and art deco finesse.
